Laser-induced graphene and its modification with polypyrrole for increasing microsupercapacitor capacitance

چکیده

Laser-induced graphene (LIG) films were synthesized by line-by-line scanning of cw CO 2 laser focused radiation on the surface industrial polyimide film as a result pyrolysis its near-surface layer. The structure material is shown to be heterogeneous in thickness Raman spectroscopy. results study effect power and distance between lines specific electrical capacitance c aqueous solution sulfuric acid are presented. It that modification LIG with polypyrrole (PPy) allows increase up 60 mF/cm . PPy-modified used make prototype flexible microsupercapacitor an area 8 cm , using gel electrolyte based polyvinyl alcohol, 230 mF capacitance.
